Douglas Cemetery, Douglas

The Douglas Park Cemetery, located at 9th and Ash Streets, was established in 1902 to replace the original Pioneer Cemetery north of the city. The cemetery is a 40-acre site with approximately 5,200 total interments to date. The Douglas Historic Preservation Commission has developed a walking tour brochure of the cemetery highlighting a variety of characters who built the City of Douglas.
